Pre-painting tips when using the WoodTech Insignia 

Before using the WoodTech Insignia Asian Paints we suggest using - 

• ● We suggest sanding the wooden surface using sandpaper.

• ● Apply 1-2 coats of WoodTech Epoxy Insulator to insulate from oil & resin from the wood.

• ● Fill any dents visible on the surface with WoodTech Filler, so the application of Asian Paints Insignia and the surface look smoother. 

Steps to Apply Asian Paints WoodTech Insignia 

To apply Asian Paints WoodTech Insignia, start by following these steps: 

• ● Clean the surface thoroughly and sand if needed. 

• ● Apply the first coat of Woodtech Emporio PU White Sealer/ Woodtech Polyester Sealer White 

• ● In the case of Emporio Pu White Sealer sand the surface with sandpaper 320 or 400 and wipe clean

• ● Then apply the second coat of Woodtech Emporio PU White Sealer/ Woodtech Polyester Sealer White 

• ● Next, apply a coat of Woodtech Emporio PU Pigmented Matt on the surface. 

• ● Sand the Surface with Sand Paper 320 Or 400 and Wipe Clean

• ● Apply 2 coats of Woddtech Insignia Asian Paint for plywood

• ● And at the last apply a coat of Woodtech Emporio PU Clear Glossy

Post Painting Care Tips

The few things to keep in mind after using WoodTech Insignia are as given below:

• If there are any stains on your tiles or metal surfaces then you can wipe it clean with an NC Thinner.

• ● If the stains are difficult to remove, then you can scrape them after applying the NC thinner to the stained area.

• ● Precautions need to be taken while spraying/brushing, like masking adjourning areas with suitable material, as the stains may be difficult to remove if present on wood or coated wooden and wall surfaces
